How Does the Rating System Work?

Wholesaler and Dealer ratingThere are two ways transactions are rated.

  • The seller rates the buyer after the buyer pays and picks up the car.
  • The buyer rates the seller after they receive the title paperwork and pick up the car.

Most buyers and sellers have a great reputation, but sometimes there are situations where you would prefer not to do business with them again. It is always a good idea to let the Auction Simplified™ community know.

Buyers are rated by speed of pickup and payment. For example a bad check could get a 1-star rating. Slow payment might get you a 3-star rating. If the buyer isn’t paying or picking up the vehicle on time they may get a poor rating.

Sellers are rated by accuracy of the vehicle listing, title availability and vehicle availability at time of delivery.
